I took out Gas Central Heating Emergency Cover with Homserve in October last year and called them 2 weeks ago when the water pressure on my combi boiler kept dropping.
Homeserve sent an engineer the next day. He said that it needed 2 new large parts which had to be ordered. I then received a phone call later that day to say that the parts had been ordered.
Two days later Homeserve called me and arranged for a engineer to come round as the parts had arrived. The boiler was fixed very quickly and I'm extremely pleased with the service I received - it was quite a big job and would have cost me quite a bit of money to fix if I hadn't had the cover.
Overall, excellent service from Homeserve and I will definitely renew my policy with them.
