Shocking service - I would not recommend this company at all. Took out a policy online on the Saturday night, when I phoned about it on the Tuesday it had been posted out SECOND class, and didn't arrive until the Friday - they will not email documents!
I needed the cover note to be able to pick up my new scooter, so eventually ended up having to cancel the policy...took out a policy with Carole Nash and it was emailed to me withint 20 minutes, with the documents arriving the next day by first class post.
I'm still waiting over a month later for my refund from Bennetts. They keep telling me that there is a problem with the refund department. I would hate to have to make a claim with them.
