Customer Review Comments: By far the worst cover I have ever had, rude customer services and incompetence from top to bottom.
The problems They have my bank details but are unable to start up a direct debit, so instead of phoning they send me a cancellation policy which would be hugely problematic as I am a doctor and could lose my job without insurance.
They told me they would phone me back at the end of the month to make sure the direct debit had gone through...but they didn't, so I ended up phoning only to find out that it had not and that they were going to cancel my policy.
Customer service I had one customer service person blame the entire situation on me - I have given all the bank details correctly and it is the insurance company that has not set it up.
Futher to that, if you try and cancel your policy there is an £80 administration fee. I now have to phone on a monthly basis to keep this darned policy running.
So in summary, incompetent financial dealings with M&S Car Insurance and poor customer services. I will not be doing business again.

I have had the same poor customer service, or rather complete lack of it. I thought M&S were a brand that could be trusted, but they can't. Comment by Pete McEvoy
