Fone Safe have let me down and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I recently lost my phone, when I called to claim for my loss I was told that the phone I was insured for, was the phone I had before my upgrade in June. I had not realised that when you have an upgrade, it is not automatically changed on your insurance, you have to tell them and this wasnt mentioned at all by t-mobile when my upgrade was given.
FoneSafe said all I needed was a proof of purchase for my claim to be accepted. After contacting T-mobile and faxing over my proof of purchase, I was told that my claim had been denied, as the phone I lost was not the one I had insurance for. I then asked if I could have a replacement phone for the phone that I had been insuring, their answer was 'but that's not the phone that you lost'. Helpful? I think not.
