I took out this policy in February of this year. I paid the premium in full. The policy is supposed to include a yearly service.
On two separate occasions I have arranged to take the day off of work for an engineer to service my boiler and on both occasions CoverHeat have cancelled the appointment.
I recently had a problem with my boiler and when I rang them, they said that they would respond in 24hrs. 48hrs later I received a call from them to say that I would need to show that my boiler had been serviced. I explained that they had cancelled the appointments to do the service, but they still maintained that they would not cover the boiler for a repair without it having been serviced! It seems this company have no intention of servicing or repairing my boiler!
