I rang the company at 21.00 to call for an engineer only to be told that it would be e mailed to the allocaion team and to expect a call back.

I rang the next moring at 10 am only to be told the same and I have rung again tonight at 19.00 only to be told that you cannot speak to the allocation teams and that there are no supervisior to talk to and that all I can do is wait for a call!!!

With a very sick premature baby in the house what is the use of paying for this cover if they do not even bother to ring you back!

I had similar experience some 2 months ago and I ended up having my friend to fix the fault for me at a reduced rate. My complaint emails were never acted upon and I never heard from them since. Spread the word.

I'm not surprised - made an appointment for an engineer to carry out annual service in Feb, waited in 6 hours, no visit, no phone call, no apology not even a response to my email to complaints department.
