As a motorist of 24 years I have never had such poor service. Got a quote, paid it in full and a few weeks later they came back and said I hadn't given them the right information (which I had) and they wanted more money (nearly the same amount again as the original quote).
I cancelled and got back less than 50% as a refund after only 5 weeks. I insisted a mistake had been made on their part at the date of inception but they were having none of it. The Customer Service Dept is supremely inept, not answering emails or putting you on hold for so long that you hang up in frustration.
At the end of the day, I'm £400+ out of pocket. BEWARE! Their advice to me was to complain to the Ombudsman, which I have!
