The cover seems good, but..
I also had the same rude customer service this week! They’ve tried to overcharge me two years on the run and when I managed to get a lower quote from them, they changed it again the next day and tried to charge me £100 more.
Each time I ring they contradict themselves! The customer services woman then seemed to be implying that I was either lying or confused! Plus, she wouldn't stop talking AT me; I couldn't get off the phone (on my bill!). Definitely not renewing with them!
Tip: If you’re an existing customer, make sure you question their (ridiculously overpriced) renewal quotes which, incidentally, they automatically renew unless you go out of your way to question/cancel this!
