My dog had an operation on his leg at the end of June which cost over £1300, like most people these days I don't have that amount of money spare and paid the vet with my credit card.
I have been phoning at least once a week since then. I have been told my claim has been approved but it is now with their payments department and I'll just have to wait my turn, they will not tell me when I will get payment or put me through to anyone who will tell me. I asked for the regulators address today which they would not give me and said I had to make official complaint to them first, which will be in the post to them tonight.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
