Very slow to authorise repairs if using own preferred repairer rather than theirs.
Recovery, which I paid additional for, didn't take me home when I had an accident on motorway. Was left with my 2 dogs at motorway services.
Overseas call centres / language difficulties.
When negotiating price for write off, threatened to take hire car immediately if I declined offer. However, their first offer was very low and I managed to negotiate a 33% increase on the original offer.
All in all a bad experience for me personally.
