I have booked with Sun Selection for years as they insure folks like me with medical problems. I have never had to use them until my recent trip to Thailand, I actually only wanted some advice and this is what happened.
I emailed them whilst on holiday asking for some advice, they told me to ring the medical assistace number, which i did. I asked the medical team to ring me back as it was costing a fortune to ring them, she said she would straight away. We are still waiting for there response, that was 20 days ago. Luckily as it turned out we were ok, my husband was fine after a couple of days but had it been a dire emergency then I would definately not feel confident in using this company again.
We are back in England now and I have emailed them several times, their response has been abissmal, I am still waiting to hear an explanation from them. Disgusting I think, they are quick enough to take your money. I will be searching for a new company to use in the future, I hope this info has been useful.
