It takes too long to speak to someone and when you do they are very reassuring and positive but do not do what they say they will.
They very quickly recommended an insurance policy, set it up, and - inspite of my saying I'd like to read it first - insisted that I pay by card immediately. It was a good price and I had spent long enough researching that, so I did it. When I read it, I saw it was invalid as not for student tenants, which mine are. I was not asked that. It took endless time and phone calls to change it and pay again - more.
Nearly 2 months of phone calls and emails, I still haven't had a refund on the first insurance. Everyone I speak to apologises and insists it will be dealt with. I was sent the original (wrong) insurance documents twice and more time on phone waiting to speak to someone.
